Montrose Area School District MASD Calendar 26-27

The first day of school for students in the Montrose Area School District is August 26, 2026.

Spring Break (Easter Break) is scheduled from March 25 through March 29, 2027. There will be no school during these dates.

Christmas Break begins on December 24, 2026 and continues through January 3, 2027. Classes resume after the holiday break.

Winter Break coincides with the Christmas Vacation and runs from December 24, 2026, through January 3, 2027.

Thanksgiving Break is scheduled from November 26 through November 30, 2026. Students will not have school during these dates.

The tentative last day of school is June 3, 2027, with an 11:30 AM ACT 80 student dismissal.

Schools are closed for Labor Day on September 7, 2026.

There is no school on October 12, 2026 in observance of Columbus Day.

Evening Parent Conferences are held on November 12, 2026, and there are Parent Conferences with no classes for students on November 13, 2026.

Schools are closed on January 18, 2027 for Martin Luther King Jr. Day.

There is no school on February 15, 2027 for Presidents' Day.

Teacher In-Service days with no classes for students are scheduled for August 21, August 24, August 25, October 9, 2026, February 12, 2027, and March 19, 2027.

Yes. Students are dismissed at 11:30 AM on November 25, 2026, December 23, 2026, and the tentative last day of school on June 3, 2027.

The tentative graduation date is June 12, 2027.

PSSA English Language Arts testing is scheduled for April 26-30, 2027. PSSA Math, Science, and Makeups are scheduled for May 3-7, 2027. The Keystone Exam Window runs from May 17-28, 2027.
