We are not authorized representatives of any school system, and nothing on this site should be taken as an official communication from a school or district.
All the links you'll find to official calendar PDFs and district websites are there to point you to the actual official source. That's always going to be more authoritative than anything we show you on our pages.
School districts finalize their calendars months in advance, and we source our information from what they publish. But things change. A major snowstorm might add a makeup day in June. A district might shift its spring break by a week due to a facilities issue. An election day might get added as a no-school day late in the fall.
We can't always catch these changes the moment they happen. We update our data when we can, and we prioritize corrections when our users flag them — but there may be a lag.
Rule of thumb: Use our site to quickly find your district and get a general sense of the year's schedule. Then use the official link (included on every district page) for anything you're relying on for real planning.

Where we link to calendar PDFs, we link directly to the documents on the district's own servers. We don't download, store, or re-host official district publications. The links may occasionally break if a district moves or removes a document — that's outside our control, but if you spot a broken link, let us know and we'll fix it.
We link to many third-party websites — primarily official school district and government education sites. We don't control those sites and can't vouch for the accuracy or safety of their content beyond what we've reviewed at the time we added the links. We'd rather know about an error than have someone miss an important date because of something we got wrong. If you see a date that doesn't match what the district actually has, the contact page is the fastest way to flag it. We take corrections seriously and turn them around as quickly as we can.
