The first day of school for students in Grades K-12 at LISLE 202 Community Unit School District is August 13, 2026.

Spring Break is scheduled from March 29 through April 2, 2027. In addition, there is a Spring Holiday on March 26, 2027.

Christmas Break is observed as part of the district's Winter Break, running from December 21, 2026 through January 1, 2027.

Winter Break begins on December 21, 2026 and continues through January 1, 2027. Students return after the break following the January 4, 2027 building curriculum meeting day.

Thanksgiving Break is scheduled from November 25 through November 27, 2026.

The last scheduled day of school is May 21, 2027 if no emergency days are used. If emergency days are required, the last day of school will be May 28, 2027.

Schools are closed for Labor Day on September 7, 2026.

There is no school on January 18, 2027 in observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day.

District-wide early dismissal days are scheduled for September 11, October 30, February 12, and April 23, 2027. Additional conference-related early dismissals occur on October 8 for Grades 9-12 and November 23 for Grades PK-8.

Yes. Emergency days are reserved from May 24 through May 28, 2027. These days will only be used if weather or other emergencies require additional instructional days.

Parent-Teacher Conferences are held for Grades 9-12 on October 8-9, 2026 and for Grades PK-8 on November 23-24, 2026.
