ADDISON SCHOOL DISTRICT 4 SD Calendar 26-27

The first day of school for Kindergarten through 8th grade students in ADDISON SCHOOL DISTRICT 4 is August 17, 2026. Early Childhood and Preschool students begin classes on August 19, 2026.

Spring Break is scheduled from March 26 through April 2, 2027. Students return to school after the break.

Christmas Break begins on December 21, 2026 and continues through January 1, 2027.

Winter Break is observed from December 21, 2026, through January 1, 2027. This period includes the district's Christmas and New Year holidays.

Thanksgiving Break is scheduled from November 23 through November 27, 2026.

The tentative last day of school is May 27, 2027, which is also an Early Student Dismissal day and the end of the 3rd Trimester.

Labor Day Holiday will be observed on September 7, 2026, and there will be no school.

There is no school on January 18, 2027, in observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day.

Presidents' Day is observed on February 15, 2027, and schools will be closed.

Memorial Day will be observed on May 31, 2027, and there will be no school.

Parent/Teacher Conferences are held on November 17-20, 2026 and February 25, 2027. Early Student Dismissal takes place on the conference afternoons.
